Boston, Commonwealth Ave., New Construction Luxury Furnished 1 Bedroom, Sleeps 4

We were in town displaying at the coin expo and had a great stay at Stewart's condo. He was most hospitable and advised us on great restaurants, parking and steered us in the right direction when it came to safekeeping some items. We will come back to visit again. Especially liked the instant hot water for tea, the extra touches upon arrival and the ease it was to get comfortable with his great big TV and wireless internet.

Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, well equipped apartment recently.
A hotel room for 2 weeks would have been suffocating. Enjoyed the walks to Boston common and beyond, and also along the river.
Won't miss the traffic noise from Comm' Ave' or the heavy footed upstairs neighbour. Be aware of paypal charges if this is your chosen method of payment.

This is an impressive apartment!

We regularly stay in Boston for several months a year so we have a lot of experience of renting holiday apartments there. This is the first apartment that exceeded my expectations. Every other, regardless of the price paid, has always disappointed.

This apartment is exactly as described and is in the most fantastic of locations. I personally love the Back Bay area of Boston and I have always admired the beauty of Commonwealth Avenue. It was therefore a real treat to find this apartment in such an ideal location. If you haven't been to Boston before then trust me, or look at any guide book, this is the place to be located.

It is often the basics which let apartments down but that certainly is not the case here. The shower for example is both attractive, spacious and works a treat. I miss it! Similarly the kitchen has been built to a high standard and we did not require anything over and above what was provided. The place was also very clean and cleaning materials were provided so that we might keep it that way.

Stewart was always on hand to help us with any questions and was keen to ensure that we had a great stay.

Perhaps it is not in my interest to rate this apartment so highly. We certainly intend to go back and giving a very positive review can only work against me in terms of future availability.

If I have any negatives at all it is a minor one. The person living in the apartment above, who I never met, seems to spend her evenings moving her furniture around or walking in heavy shoes. I used to wonder what she could possibly be doing that required her to be so active over so many nights. If you ever find out please let me know! It isn't a problem in the bedroom and is only a very minor irritation in the living room. I only mention it because this is the only negative point I can come up with and, of course, this is beyond Stewarts control.
