House, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Located 1.5 blocks from Lake Michigan South Beach, lighthouse, bluff sunsets+Kids Corner. Downtown shops are a short walk away along tree lined streets with views of the Lake peaking around charming City Cottages. Great City location easy access to the festivals,fireworks on the bluff, or casual stroll to your favorite restaurant.

The Seagull is a newer home,one level living, very open floor plan and low threshold shower in the master suite.

Easy access to the sights and sounds of South Haven without having to drive a car. There is a bright open cabana room w/nautical accents (if you are a boater you'll recognize some of the antique boat emblems on display).

Partially fenced large yard with flower garden, deck and gas grill.

Home is comfortable and offers all the amenities found in a new home. Decorated in the traditions of a true Coastal Living home. Plan some Lake Michigan fishing,go out on a charter or walk down to the pier and try your luck there. Jet skiis, are available for rent on the nearby Black River as well as Kayaks to tour the scenic, peaceful backwaters.

Plan a day exploring the nearby Dunes. Approx 3 miles to the South is the North Point Conservation area(website in place) or the Van Buren State Park, Both feature a wonderful beach, hiking trails and unspoiled dunescapes.

Owners are retired real estate professional and carpenter contractor from Western Suburb of Chicago, Ill. Grew up boating on Lake MI and visiting harbor towns in Il, In, Mi,Wi and Cn

Newer home only 10 years old. Lovingly cared for by previous owners-large spacious living areas and bedrooms. Hear the Lake and the fog horn from the lighthouse from the yards of the home.

Located on a private U shaped street with almost no traffic yet close enough to enjoy all the areas people like to frequent while visiting South Haven without the worry of where to park the car.

Weekend Too Short

We spent a wonderful long weekend at this house and it was just as advertised. Our only regret was that the stay was too short. Everything was very clean, attractive and comfortable! South Beach is close and very, very nice. Maureen was extremely helpful and easy to work with!

Great location, charming home

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the seagull for a week. What a wonderful home on a quiet street. Perfect for a family getaway! The house was clean, well appointed, and located near enough to everything that we walked to the park, the beach and downtown. It's also a short bicycle ride to the Kal-Haven Trail. The owners were very responsive to questions, and were there to welcome us on arrival. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wishes to get away to the charming town of South Haven.

Just wanted to say what a WONDERFUL experience the SeaGull was. We had 5 adults and 2 children with plenty of room. The home was beautiful and clean. It was a quick walk to the beach and a great park. We enjoyed the week. This home was more than we expected and have already suggested to friends. We were VERY pleased with everything. Thanks for making our vacation a success!!!

Adorable, clean and spacious!

My family and I absolutely loved this property. It was perfect for our needs- 3 adults and 3 young children. The spacious open concept with the living room, dining, kitchen and sun porch was perfect for our active little ones. The bunk beds were a big hit with our boys! The decor was very appealing- it felt like we were on vacation- it felt special. The exterior of the house is very charming- in fact the whole street was charming. It was a quick walk to South Beach and Kid's Korner playground. We really enjoyed our stay at the Seagull.
