Located 1.5 blocks from Lake Michigan So Beach, lighthouse, bluff sunsets+Kids corner. Downtown shops, restaurants, Riverwalk are a casual walk along tree lined streets with views of the Lake peaking around charming City cottages.The Seagull is a newer upscale residence features all bedrooms on first floor and low threshold shower in the master suite. Easy access to the sights and sounds of South Haven. Kitchen is fully equipped and all bedrooms and laundry room on first floor. There is a bright open cabana room w/nautical accents off of dining area great place to catch the setting sun's rays and read a book. Partially fenced large yard w/flower garden deck+gas grill home features all new bedding including mattresses(no futons or hide-a beds here) new flat screen TV. Plenty of room for family times. Decorated in the traditions of a true Coastal Living home.

My family and I absolutely loved this property. It was perfect for our needs- 3 adults and 3 young children. The spacious open concept with the living room, dining, kitchen and sun porch was perfect for our active little ones. The bunk beds were a big hit with our boys! The decor was very appealing- it felt like we were on vacation- it felt special. The exterior of the house is very charming- in fact the whole street was charming. It was a quick walk to South Beach and Kid's Korner playground. We really enjoyed our stay at the Seagull.
