Blonde maple floors, Persian rug, and soaring twenty-foot ceilings define the living room as both hip and refined. The open chef’s kitchen has concrete countertops and stainless steel appliances. The loft/office is a perfect writer's retreat with inspiring ocean views. Gas barbecue off living room deck. Roof garden has ocean views with a cozy cabana for those warm summer beach evenings. Creative guests in town for a production love this space. A separate luxury studio apartment is also available at the garden level for entourage. Sleeps a maximum of six: The master bedroom has a queen size bed with Indian/Asian decor. One bedroom has two twin beds and a third bedroom has a day-bed that pulls out to a full king. This apartment is fully wired with three flat screen TV’s, cable modem, Wifi, and iPod stereo dock.

This fabulous Venice beach oasis occupies the top two floors of a triplex apartment building that sits on a quiet walk-street (no cars), just steps to the sand in the bustling beach community of Venice, California. You can hear the ocean at night. Restaurants and shops are a one-minute walk away, as is the famous Venice/Santa Monica beach bike path. Minutes away by bike or foot away by bike is the world famous Venice Beach boardwalk with street performers, art galleries, and restaurants. Fifteen minutes by bike is the Santa Monica Pier amusement park with roller coaster, games, kiddie rides, and Ferris wheel. Take a 5 minute bike ride to trendy Abbot Kinney Boulevard for more art-district shopping, restaurants, and bars. Walk and explore the historic Venice canals.
