Just 100 yards from the Beach on a quiet street! With an open single level floor plan, this 3 bedroom, 3rd row home, is not your average beach house. Newly renovated, within steps of the beach, 4 Kingfisher is the ideal beach house for a family vacation. The Master Suite is quite comfortable; with a King bed, jacuzzi tub, stall shower and large double vanity, you have your own private access to the screened patio leading out to the pool deck. Bedrooms consist of 2 king bedrooms, and a bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Each bedroom has a private bath. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. A sliding door off the living room provides easy access to a screened in patio, adjacent to the fenced in pool area. This is perfect for small children. 4 Kingfisher has High-Speed wireless internet and a flat screen tv. You have 2 options for dining by the pool; on the outdoor deck or in the screened porch.

Location: Hilton Head < South Carolina < USA

Hilton Head Island is the home of the nationally renowned Harbourtown lighthouse and has some of the best golf and tennis in the country. Located on North Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island, the home is in a very private residential area. Access to the beach is very limited so it is never crowded. A short walk takes you to shopping and many different restaurants. The island area has many golf courses, tennis, fitness centers, two outlet malls, four star restaurants, and many national retailers. Grocery shopping is very economical and there are many choices if you choose to cook in. A one hour drive takes you to beautiful Savannah or Beaufort, both historical cities with beautiful antebellum homes. Two hours takes you to Charleston.
