This Saratoga Springs townhouse in the popular Water's Edge development faces Saratoga lake and has fabulous views from all three floors with large windows to take advantage of the stunning lake views. Just six years old, this townhouse features a well designed kitchen enabling the chef to converse with guests, watch the sunset over the lake while creating a gourmet meal. The dining/living area has a contemporary Italian-designed dining table with room for 10, floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door leading to a spacious deck. The third floor has two guest bedrooms both with full beds, TVs and shared full bath as well as a master suite with brand new King-sized bed, full bath with large tub and separate shower, flat screen TV and DVD player and it's own private deck and spectacular views. The lower floor is furnished as its own separate suite with a Queen bed, leather couch, second couch with pull out sofa bed and full bath. The townhouse is an entirely wireless environment

This townhouse is located in the popular Water's Edge development only 2 miles from downtown Saratoga, the track and Saratoga National Golf Club, a very popular sport for weddings. The development features its own private sandy lake beach, outdoor and indoor pools, with jacuzzi hot tub, outdoor and indoor tennis courts, a racquet ball court and fitness center. With three and half baths, this townhouse provides nearly a bathroom for every bedroom, an important element when entertaining multiple house guests. Each bathroom has an ample supply of towels, a hair dryer and is meticulously cleaned between rentals. With a window overlooking the lake, the master suite bath has plenty of natural light and is decorated in blue decorative tiles. Guests have a choice for bathing between a contemporary glass door enclosed shower and a large over sized tub perfect for a relaxing bubble bath. The guest bath is decorated in earth tones with maple cabinets, two cream colored sinks, and copper colored tiles and counter top. This bath also has its own closet for plenty of guest towels and other supplies. The lower suite bath is decorated in green decorative tiles and has an enclosed modern shower. With its three bedrooms upstairs, and the lower level suite/family room, our townhouse is perfect for family reunions, weddings or families joining together for a vacation. The layout allows all of our guests from families to couples to teens to have privacy and their own space. All of the bedrooms have cable TV, spacious closets and two sets of cotton and flannel sheets depending on the season. The entire townhouse including the upstairs bedrooms have access to the internet via the wireless cable modem. The washer and dryer are also located on the upper floor close to the bedrooms for ease of laundering clothes, towels and sheets. A full size Ironing board and Iron are also located on this floor.

Only a five minute walk down the hill, you will have full access to the recreation facilities which are comparable to what you find at a fine resort. These include: a heated indoor pool and spa hot tub that overlooks the beach and the lake (as pretty and relaxing in the winter when the lake is crystal white with snow as in the summer); a large outdoor pool which is a gathering spot for families during the summer; a private sandy beach with beach lounge chairs;both indoor and outdoor tennis courts; an outdoor basketball court, an indoor racquetball court and fitness center. The facility also has a community area with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, full kitchen and tables available for parties as well as a large outdoor community area with picnic tables and grills to accommodate group picnics.
