Beautiful home with all the amenities

Beautiful log home, spotless, well-furnished, beautiful kitchen, all the amenities you could want. Situated in the forest on Poor Lake--if you like to fish, go boating, or love nature in general, this is a great place. Very quiet and private. Daily deer sightings, lots of birds. Loon nesting area (first time we've seen a Mom loon and her babies!) Excellent dock. Sylvania Wildlife Refuge area is close by. Good family rental--Master Suite is large, but the loft (although it has a separate bath, is more for kids than another couple (sort of like a dormitory). Lower level is only partially finished and not very inviting as a bedroom (futon couch) or a den. TV is in the lower level--we didn't watch any so we didn't care, but people who like to watch might be disappointed. Great porches face the lake--one is screened in. If you like to go out to eat every nite and are looking for excitement this isn't the area for you. But if you want to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature and outdoor activities while staying in an awesome log home, I would definitely recommend this rental.
