"A Shore Thing" was for sure!

The listing and pictures were right on the mark. The house is spacious and very clean. The house was fully equiped as noted on the site. It has a great pool, game room and outdoor hot tub. The only problem was that there wasn't a bathroom on the first floor. The beach(beautiful and clean) was only a couple of blocks away, so we would drop people off with all of their stuff if they were staying at the beach for the day because there isn't parking. The owner was great, answering any and all questions, as well as giving helpful tips(such as the timing/conjestion getting on and off the island, food shopping, etc.).
We went to the Sunset Grille in Duck...great seafood with in/outside dining(very picturesque). We had a great breakfast at the Light House Rest. in Tim Buck II(also great shopping). We went to the Wright Brothers Museum...very interesting and Fort Reileigh, Elizabethian Gardens and the Lost Colony...very enjoyable. The Currituck Lighthouse and Whalehead were another good outing, too.
We all had a wonderful time at the Outer Banks in Carolla! I absolutely recommend this rental property to anyone with out physical disabilities( there are three floors with steps). I had the best vacation ever and hope to return for A Shore Thing!!!
