Enjoy the luxury and comfort of this beautifully decorated beach rental property located in Corolla Ocean Sands on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, minutes from shopping and an easy walk to the beach. This relaxing home is on a cul-de-sac and gentle ridge with its 3rd floor deck and screened in porch over looking its surroundings. 3rd floor also offers a living room, kitchen, dinning seating for 14, and a King Master Bedroom with jetted tub. 2nd floor offers a Queen Master Bedroom, a second Queen Bedroom, Double Bunked Bedroom and a Third Full Bath. Also, a 6 person hot tub and swing are located on the 2nd floor wrap around deck. 1st floor is home to the Rec Room with small fridge, pool table, sliding doors to the heated pool area with bar-b-q, a Single Bunked Bedroom, and an enclosed outside shower. There are also additional sleeping accommodations with the Rec Room’s queen pullout sofa and a twin roll-out mattress under the single Bunked Bedroom. Parking for 5 cars.

Very short drive to the Corolla Lighthouse, historic area of Corolla and down the road to where the road ends and four-wheel driving on the beach begins! Jetski, windsulfer, parasailing rentals and fishing chartering are just down the road also.

Notes: House contains 6 TV's, with DVD and/or VHS players. Portable radio for enjoying in the pool area available. Both deck levels have combinations of outside dining tables, chairs and lounge chairs. Pool area contains 3 tables with umbrellas and chairs ,with additional chairs and 5 lounge chairs around the pool. Sand and pool toys are available for children's use. Two charcoal grills in the pool area for when you need that extra cooking surface! Hot tub is on 2nd deck and is covered by 3rd floor deck so you can enjoy even in the rain! There are stepsfor entering the hot tub and towel hooks. A clothesline is available for hanging out those wet garments and towels to dry. A swing is also located on the 2nd deck. Rec room contains a queen size sofa bed. First level bunk room also has a pull-out trundle. Mini-frig in the rec room for holding all those favorite beverages/snacks and for convenience when at the outside pool.

A Shore Thing is located in Section K of Ocean Sands, community private beach with life-guards in-season, 1/2 mile to shopping areas featuring many unique shops, restaurants, fresh vegetable/seafood stand, movie theater, gas station, activities and grocery store. A short walk of about 8 minutes will get you to a nice wide beach, plentiful with seashells. The pool is very private due to location in the back of the house and surrounding trees. There is lighting aournd the pool for night swimming. A spacious outside shower is available on the left side of the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, all the amenities of home. Kitchen linens are included. We hope that we our home will meet all your vacation expectations for a great week at the beach!
