This immaculate, beautifully updated one bedroom, one bath condo offers Florida vacationing at its best. Enjoy the spectacular white sandy beach and the heated, newly renovated pool, or walk just a block to the great shops and restaurants of quaint, downtown Pass-a-Grille. Updates to the unit include: all new (2008) beds and furniture, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a 32 inch flat-screen plasma TV, new ceramic tile and carpeting throughout, a completely renovated bathroom, and a new washer and dryer. The unit has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony / patio. Please call or e-mail for availability, as owner has several units available in the building, so the calendar is not updated.

Brand new condos right in the heart of Pass a Grille. Beautiful beach. Great decor inside the units. Warm pool (it was chilly when we where there). Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful 3 day getaway. The side view 2nd story balcony was great - it was pleasant not having the evening sun bearing down on us, but still got to enjoy the view of the gulf. The condo was updated and very welcoming. Look forward to returning some day in the future. We had dessert at the Hurricane restaurant and we will never return. We sat near the service kitchen door and there was a horrible smell coming from the kitchen.

Everything Great: location, apartment, house, furniture, pool, beach, neighborhood. We had our vacation with 2 adults and 2 children in this apartment. Absolutely recommendable! We had a great time. Thank you and we look forward to coming again.
