This immaculate, beautifully updated one bedroom, one bath condo offers Florida vacationing at its best. Enjoy the spectacular white sandy beach and the heated, newly renovated pool, or walk just a block to the great shops and restaurants of quaint, downtown Pass-a-Grille. Updates to the unit include: all new (2008) beds and furniture, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a 32 inch flat-screen plasma TV, new ceramic tile and carpeting throughout, a completely renovated bathroom, and a new washer and dryer. The unit has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony / patio.

Brand new condos right in the heart of Pass a Grille. Beautiful beach. Great decor inside the units. Warm pool (it was chilly when we where there). Highly recommend.

I've stayed quite a few times on St. Pete beach but this location is by far the best! Pass-A-Grille is just lovely and for the most part, quiet. Not as commercial as the rest of St. Pete beach but close enough to all the action. The Condo was very nice and I would say perfect for two people. We had occasion to use the pull out couch and found it in need of a new mattress, but other than that the furniture was in good condition. You will need to bring or buy any condiments you usually use....we needed buy salt and pepper and brought sugar and creamer with us....but it did have all the "Very basic" kitchen items needed. I bought a beach chair because the ones that were there were really not comfortable,nor did they lounge back. The TV went out but the owner was responsive and bought a brand new, bigger one (40"). We'll definitely go back and stay here again next year!!!

Fourth of July Getaway

We had a wonderful 3 day getaway. The side view 2nd story balcony was great - it was pleasant not having the evening sun bearing down on us, but still got to enjoy the view of the gulf. The condo was updated and very welcoming. Look forward to returning some day in the future. We had dessert at the Hurricane restaurant and we will never return. We sat near the service kitchen door and there was a horrible smell coming from the kitchen.
