Our Home is a Brand new luxury, 3 bedroom, 3 bath house located in the upscale Shea community of Trilogy. We have the highly desired southern exposure and our 'Oasis' is designer decorated and furnished throughout. One of the bedrooms and bath is a separate Casita with its own entrance for privacy. This is the ultimate lifestyle in a 55+ adult community. Our just completed home, in the newest section, is part of the Trilogy golf course country club where many of the recent 'skin' games have been held. This is a resort like community with an 11,000 sq. ft clubhouse offering numerous activities and events.

We have one of the best spas built, Sundance, just steps outside our master bedroom. Set in professionally designed desert landscaping, this spa affords mountain views while you soak up the warmth of relaxing adjustable massage jets. Or just sunbathe on our lounge chairs enjoying privacy without the worry of errant golf balls. Enjoy the peacefulness of our back yard complete with a soothing fountain, firepit and a top notch BBQ. Nearby are the countless restaurants, golf courses, casinos, upscale shopping centers and entertainment facilities of Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs. There are year round festivals, concerts and art shows in the area.
