This villa has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. Hot tub, pool and a NASCAR games room. Fun, fun, fun. Internet access too. Located on the quiet community of Seasons you are near to the attractions yet in your own peaceful hideaway. Just 2 minutes from Walmart and all the US 192 has to offer. The villa is decorated in a lodge theme. You can eat with the wild turkey, sleep with the wolves and just to be different there is a Spongebob Squarepants room for the kids. New for 2009 outside deck lighting use the pool even after dark. This beautiful villa is one of two villas that we own in Florida. They are just 3 doors away from each other and you can see the other home on HomeAway too. We are experienced owners and pride ourselves in offering perfect accommodation at the very best price.

New for 2011 re painted interior new bedding and towels.

    The balance is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival. THis is non refundable once paid.
    A $300 fully refundable security deposit is required 2 weeks prior to arrival and is sent back within 1 week should no damage be found.

Great House.

Visited in Spring 2009 with four friends to golf and see some spring training baseball. House was perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own bedroom and a pool and hot tub to boot....all at less than half the price of hotel rooms. Couldn't have worked out better. Lynda and Mark were great to deal with and the whole transaction was smooth as silk. I highly recommend both the location and the house.

Great Vacation

The house was great. The kids and the rest of the family really enjoyed their stay. I spent the first few days playing football and the family stayed around the house and had a great time. The last 3 days were spent going to Disney. The house was in a great location for us halfway between the fields and the Disney parks. The heated pool worked great even though it was the middle of Janurary the kids were swimming!!! We had a great time and I am sure we will be back next year!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great stay

What can I say? The location of this house was fantastic. We were close to everything a family needed. Walking distance to Walmart The medevil castle. The location was just great. When we walked into the house we were so excited for or trip to begin. WE scattered choosing our rooms. The house is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. My favorite part was the family dinners we had in the dinning room. From the very beginning until after we came home we had great communication with the owner. Very quick to respond to my questions and made to feel welcom in their home. This home is warm and made us feel like our once in a lifetime trip couldn't get any better. Great job!
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Loved it!

My family of five plus our little cockapoo stayed at Lynda's Lodge in late February/early March of 2009. It was fantastic! The kids would play in the pool almost every afternoon after we had visited Disney. The house was clean and the furnishings were very nice. We are hoping to go back again to Lynda's Lodge in early 2011! Lynda was very nice about all of my questions and very quick to respond to my emails! :)

Great House for a great birthday

Our stay at the house with my whole family and friends was great. The hot tub was big enough and the warm pool during our cold stay was just what we needed at the end of a long day. I will so be booking the house again.
