This charming, bright, open contemporary cape is located in Gull Pond Village on the ocean side of Wellfleet on a 1.5 acre wooded lot. This year-round home has two floors with an open floor plan on the first floor featuring a fireplace, and cathedral ceilings with beams in the living and dining areas. Large windows offer wonderful light with a ceiling fan in living area. Open the sliding patio door to a large deck overlooking the wooded National Seashore Property which include patio furniture and a gas grill. There is an enclosed outdoor shower off the back deck. The second floor features a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bath. The two bedrooms on the first floor include a full/double bed and 2 twin beds respectively. The basement has a 2nd refrigerator, washer and dryer, beach chairs and other beach items for your use while at the house.

Have stayed in Wellfleet for over 35 yrs. This is the nicest cottage we have stayed in. Ideal location, proximity to bay and ocean and down town area a big plus. Wish we could have stayed and stayed.
