For the ultimate in desert luxury, you will enjoy this breath taking home that was featured in the Winter Issue 2005/2006 national publication “Luxury Homes & Communities” The main house and attached casita (guest house) total approx 3,700 square feet of custom architecture and interior design, by two of the Desert’s finest, builder Lance Christensen and renowned interior designer Steve Charette. Beautiful natural colors in granite and hand inlaid stone are found throughout the main house and casita. This beautiful “adult party house” is gently placed on the 6th tee of the Indian Wells Country Club’s Classic course. Formerly hosting the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic golf tournament, it is now host to the Frank Sinatra Celebrity Tournament Charity Event. The home is nestled close to the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains with extensive views of the Chocolate Mountains to the north and east, and San Jacinto Mountain views to the west.
