The house is located on a hilltop with the 5 acre property extending down to the beach. With a semi-circular design, oriented towards the ocean, all rooms have a view. The 40' x 20' infinity edge pool with a springboard is a magnet for kids of all ages. For water people, looking for the perfect Caribbean get-away vacation, this is ideal. The house is also eco-friendly with cistern for water, solar panel for passive water heat, plastic wood for decks and siding, and low water usage toilets.

Attractions: Culebra has some of the finest beaches in the world. Flamenco beach is consistently rated high, being named #1 by Good Morning America, and #2 by the Travel network. In addition, Culebrita is gorgeous, but accessible only by boat. Great diving exists around the entire Island. St. Thomas can be seen from various parts of the house and is only 12 miles away. There are flights available to St. Thomas and Vieques, Puerto Rico and other islands from the Culebra airport.

Additional Amenities: We have a complete second kitchen overlooking the negative edge pool area; an office and a boat mooring. The piano is a Clavinova. There are some 500 books in the library. CD/DVD player is available as is an Ipod docking station.

There is a nature trail down to the bay and the property includes 350 ft. of ocean front, with about half being beach. The house is well stocked with basic foodstuffs such as spices, etc. We only ask that you replenish anything that runs out.

Cleaning Services: We will have personnel that will clean the house early Saturday morning, to prepare it for the next guests. Should you wish a daily cleaning service, we can arrange that for you with an approximate cost of $10/hour.

My husband and I brought all our children, spouses and children to this faboulous house. Everyone was comfortable, the kitchen supplies were beyond my expectations, the pool superb, the comfort and cleanileness excellent, overall outstanding experience, enjoy, you will not regret it.............
