This Patio Town home is located in one of the older, established areas of NE Tucson and is considered one of the most desirable in the city. This neighborhood, lined with lots of shady trees and palms is close to TANQUE VERDE Wash and only 4 miles from the entrance to SABINO CANYON, a popular hiking and picnicking destination. Not too far is the road to the summit of MT. LEMMON; and within a short driving distance are hiking trails throughout SAGUARO NAT'L MON. About 45 mins west is the wonderful and ever-changing ARIZONA-SONORA DESERT MUSEUM, & the movie town of OLD TUCSON- lots of fun for kids of all ages! An hour away to the SE is the newly-discovered & fascinating KARTCHNER CAVERNS, and if you want to travel further, you can visit TOMBSTONE - home of the infamous OK CORRAL! The town of TUBAC, known for its artisans and craftsmen is only a little over 1 hr south, toward NOGALES, MEX. All these make great day trips! DOWNTOWN theatres & art galleries are only 20 mins away!

The Tucson Gem and Mineral Show™ is held every year on the last week of January and the first two weeks of February. It is now the largest gem and mineral show in the United States! And major league spring training starts Feb. 25th. TUCSON IS A FINE PLACE TO VISIT YEAR 'ROUND!

Where to stay in Tucson?!!

We have been visiting Tucson for ten years and this was our first true home away from home experience.We highly recommend this clean, comfortable, spacious, fully equipped and carefully decorated Patio House. The mountain views, convenient location (Sabino Canyon, family & upscale restaurants, discount department stores, boutiques, churches, super markets, salons & spas all less than 10 minutes away) amenities and pride in ownership cannot be beat. Pictures do not do this relaxing oasis justice. Everything advertised was delivered and so much more. Our only regret is that we did not find this idyllic spot sooner. This would be our first choice in "where to stay in Tucson"! Many thanks Christi for your help and your obvious concern for the comfort of your guests.

When you are looking for a vacation home, you cross your fingers and hope for the best. Well, you have found it!
The Patio House was truly our home away from home. With awesome moutain views from the serene patio, the flock of hummingbirds at the feeders, and the soothing gurgle of the water feature, we couldn't help but be relaxed. The location was ideal--a safe, secure community that was close enough to everything and yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The house was spacious and the amenities were plentiful--an amazing deal! Christi was excellent with communication and so helpful! Whenever we visit Tucson, this will be our home away from home!

Wonderful Patio Home in Tucson

What a beautiful home! We had such a pleasant stay in this wonderful home that we often chose to stay home and enjoy the beauty, comfort and luxury of the house rather than go out. We saw lots of birds in patio areas (3) loved the quiet sound of the fountain, the fine beds and baths, and the everything-you-could-wish-for kitchen. The swimming pool is a pleasant short walk; we met some interesting neighbors there. We'll come back when we can, and recommend it highly to others. Helen
