Floor Plan Description:

You’ll enter into the living room of the Harbor View, which is open straight through to the kitchen and dining room. Once you've crossed the living room, the kitchen is to the right and the dining room is to the left. There is a powder room off the dining room. The dining room also has a patio door to a private back patio (has enclosed back yard fence with gate for kids) with outdoor seating. The entrance to the main floor master suite is through the kitchen; a hall leads to a full bath with washer & dryer and the bedroom with a king bed. Looking up from the front entrance, you'll see a loft with a spiral staircase to the third floor. A stairway immediately to your right upon entering takes you up to the loft, which has a sofa sleeper in the area underneath the spiral staircase, and a hallway both to your right & left. The right hallway leads to a bedroom with one queen bed and a private bath. The left hallway leads to two bedrooms with two twin beds each and a full bathroom with his & her sink. The spiral stair takes you up to the third story crow’s nest with 360 degree windows and a walkout porch.
