Sea Isle Beachfront: This property is at the 68th / 69th street protected beach.Lifeguards are stationed at 69th street for swimming. The jetty between 67th and 68th street is an area open to surf fishing. Boogy boards are permitted on the protected beach between 65th and 66th street.
The house is equipped with 2 zones of air conditioning which allows the top two floors, which have cathedral ceilings to be controlled independently from the first floor. This provides exceptional comfort for the entire house.
The house is equipped with a full size washer and dryer located in the first level main bathroom.
This property is situated on an over sized lot which provides more off street parking that most properties. The garage is 2 vehicles deep which allows for multiple cars or a car and watercraft to be parked in a protected environment (6 foot overhead clearance only).
