We had a family gathering between Christmas and New Years and the home accommodated 9 adults and 1 child easily, not to mention plenty of space for other visiting family from the area. Even though most of the sleeping areas are upstairs, there is a bedroom and full bath downstairs which provides some flexibility. The multiple living and eating areas provide great spaces for small groups. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, with easy access to I17. It's close to shopping(outlet mall), grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. Home was very clean, especially given very short TAT between previous renters and ourselves. Wifi worked fine and was very handy. Christmas Tree and other holiday decorations were present which was a nice touch. Only reason I didn't give excellent rating was pool isn't heated so had to go to heated community pool, but that wasn't a major problem. We were able to take advantage of the multiple seating areas outside around the pool during the daytime. I'd definitely recommend the home. Owner is very responsive and Damage deposit refund was very timely.
