This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Isla Verde Tourist Zone very close to major hotels, fine restaurants, grocery stores and banks. You will also find the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU) and Plaza Las Americas Shopping Mall only a short drive away. The beach is only a few feet away from its doorstep. Conveniently furnished with a Queen size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. For your safety a security guard is on duty from 10 PM to 7 AM and access to the floors is granted by using a keyed elevator . A coin laundry is available on ground floor. Indoor one car parking with beeper access. No pets. No Smokers.

Beautiful apartment!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for about a week and found it to be so much more than we expected! The apartment is very spacious, clean and just overall perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices in the cabinets and condiments in the fridge! Definitely saved us some money there! The bedroom was wonderful and it even has a walk in closet which I loved. The entire apartment was beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking and the breeze was spectacular. It is in a very nice neighborhood which is incredibly close to restaurants, stores and bus stops. I loved that we had direct access to the beach and it was never crowded! It was almost as if we had our own private beach. The owner was very nice and incredibly accommodating, couldn't have asked for anyone better. Overall, we had an incredible stay in this beautiful apartment and we'll definitely be returning!

Great apartment in Isla Verde

I stayed at this condo for one week and found the description to be very accurate. The apartment was clean and comfortable; the building was very clean and secure. The view from the balcony was truly spectacular. The breeze from the beach was wonderful; you don't need air conditioning in this apartment. There is a/c in the bedroom; none in the living room, but you don't really need it there. Kitchen is a nice size and has everything you need for a short stay. The owner was very accommodating and helpful.
The apartment is a few blocks from the main street (Isla Verde Avenue), close to Walgreen's, supermarket, all the hotels and many restaurants . The building has direct access to the beach. The airport is a few minutes away. Close to the bus that takes you to Old San Juan and the Condado area. I would definitely return to this apartment.
