This breathtaking property is perfect for memorable family gatherings, weddings and activities such as fly fishing retreats. If you can pull yourself away, there are several quaint local towns (Callicoon, Narrowsburg and Jeffersonville, NY) or (Damascus and Tyler Hill, PA) within a 10 minute drive for antiques, groceries, farmers markets, boutiques, golfing, tennis, canoeing, kayaking, skiing, snow shoe, sleigh riding, bowling, movie theater, Fort Delaware, fine dining and The Bethel Woods Arts Center (original Woodstock site) featuring well know performances.   • References may be required. All Rates do not include cleaning. Check In 4PM and Check Out is 11AM
  • This is a beautiful property and home. Property must be left in the same condition as rented as cleaning fees may apply. Additional Pet Deposit is required. We accept Bank Checks, Visa or Mastercard.
  • Please inquire about seasonal or special events, daily cleaning, things to do, guide services, pet policies/rates and additional guest policies/rates.

    Security/Damage Deposit of $ 500.00 is refundable, subject to abuse, negligence and excessive cleaning. Guest is fully responsible for costs of repair or replacement of items which is not limited to security deposit.

    BOOKING: We hold verbal / email reservations for (5) days pending 500.00 reservation/security deposit. The Rental Agreement will be forwarded for signature upon receipt of reservation/security deposit and must be signed and returned to complete booking. Payment of 50% is due (60) days before arrival with the ballance due (30) days prior to or upon arrival in addition to the $ 500.00 reservation/security which is refundable within (5) days of departure but subject to damage as a result abuse or negligence.

Amazing House. Relaxation Central.

From start to finish we had a wonderful experience with this house. The owners were extremely helpful and delivered a product that was exactly as advertised. The house was incredibly clean and ready for us right on time. We wanted to get away for some relaxation and this house was the perfect choice. 140+ acres of privacy, deer running in the fields and the river just a few steps away. If you are looking to get away, live comfortably and have a beautiful poconos experience, this is the place for you. For the total fun experience, be prepared to light a bonfire at night and go kayaking during the day...

The most relaxing place to enjoy your roots and family.
plenty to do if you want too, and plenty wildlife not people! We had the kids on cross county skis, snowshoes and hiked the beautiful grounds. when we could site back and read or talk by the fire. What a wonderful place.
Owner's Response: This home is capturing for all ages! Many arrive with ideas of a busy activity schedule and never leave once they drive through the front gate.

This property is beautiful! The atmosphere is so serene and relaxing. The house itself is gorgeous with a sea of golden hay surrounding it. I highly recommend this rental house. It truly is a home away from home!
