This home within a half mile of Dyke Bridge and several Nature Preserves. Only chemical free cleaning agents and biodegradable products are used here. All cotton bedding and rugs make this nicely furnished home very comfortable. The floor plan is perfect with 2 bedrooms up plus full bath and two bedrooms on the first floor plus a full bath. Two sides of the house have 8 ft. sliders out to decks, plus a screened in porch. The kitchen is simple but well equipped. There is plenty of room for everybody to lounge on 2 couches plus a loveseat.

From the Chappy Ferry, keep straight on Chappaquiddick Road, you will be passing the Road to MYTOI, pass Pimpneymouse Farm, look for road markers and make a left turn at the Mailbox with the number 54 on it and a gate that has the name Cassandra Path on it in Vertical Black letters. Pass two homes on your right and make a right turn the house is the last on on Cassandra Path at the right.

Chappy peace and quiet

My husband and I have stayed here three times. We love the location-off the beaten path but close to the ferry and Edgartown. Really close to the beach but not crowded b/c its on the island. The house is light and airy and even with 8 people we had our space. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained. If you want to be close to town yet not in the middle of it this place is for you. Definately need a car that can handle the path into the property but we had no issues. Dad had bdrm and bath downstairs too (elderly friendly) Stayed in 2003 and years prior
