Welcome to one of our most inviting Lobsterville vacation homes, in walking distance to Lobsterville Beach, or take advantage of a private beach on Dogfish bar, one of the hottest Fishing spots on the Vineyard. This immaculate vacation home is furnished with all the goodies and amenities to make your visit truly enjoyable. It is light and bright with sliders out to a good sized deck and nice lush, green lawn. The eat in kitchen is fully equipped. You will be delighted by the owners tasteful decorations and immediately feel connected to this beautiful place. Booking early is recommended. Some ferry reservations are available during prime times.

This home is located withing a 5 minute easy walk to Lobsterville Beach in Aquinnah. You also have access to a private beach parking area at Dogfish bar, as short drive or bike ride away. Ride your bike or short drive to Menemsha Pond or West basin where you may keep a boat, or kayak. A great beach to go to with your toddler because it's warm and shallow is Red Beach. A nature hiking trail is very near the house, as this also borders conservation land managed by the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank. Popular Philbin Beach is only a short drive 3 miles away. The lighthouse and famous cliffs are 1 mile away.
