This completely furnished first floor, single-story condo, located in Northwest Tucson, is perfect for your short or long term stay. Small complex with only 30 other units. Living room overlooks grassy courtyard area with fountain. Amenities include: basic cable, VCR and DVD players in both the living room and bedroom, Wii game system, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and overstocked kitchen - including: microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, cooking accessories, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. All bed and bath linens provided in multiples. Apartment sized washer and dryer in the kitchen and a coin operated laundry room located on the premises for larger loads. Designated covered parking, small fenced front and back yards, and just steps from the community pool. Close to all daily conveniences. Perfect for a quick get-away, winter retreat, parents visiting kids, kids visiting parents, wildcat alumni coming into town for the big game or homecoming week!

Safe, clean and affordable in north Tucson

Lovely place to stay in north Tucson in a very good and safe area. This condo is very clean the decoration is simple but beautifull it makes it very cozy and feels like home. If you like to cook, like me, you have everything you need in the kitchen as far as utensils to make your meals. I will defenetly recomend this place. And dont let the good rates fool you is a very very nice place.

My fiancé and myself stayed in this condo for a two week vacation and we really enjoyed our time here.

The condo is very well maintained and is stocked with everything you need and more. It is spacious, clean and has lots of very nice homely touches.

I found the location to be brilliant. The area is very picturesque, and you are in very close proximity to malls, shops, restaurants , national parks and more. Also, the grounds are very nice and well kept and there is a lovely big swimming pool on the property.

I found Maria the owner of the property to be very friendly and helpful.

If I'm every in Tucson again I would definitely consider staying here again.

relaxing enviroament

The moment we walked in we knew we were going to enjoy our stay here .......... and we did.
The condo is bright and cheerful in a very lovely restful setting. The kitchen is much more than adequately stocked. Everything needed for cooking, baking and serving was available. The bathroom is attractive and clean, as is the whole condo.
We truly wanted to stay longer, and next time we vacation in Tucson, we will stay here again. We highly recommended it.

My husband and I stayed her over the Christmas holiday for 10 days, and it was great! It was nice and quiet, the bed was very comfortable. Really reasonably priced. Great area, close to everything we needed to do. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully it will be available when we come back. Thank you!!!
