This house is located in a prestigious gated community on Biscayne Bay and is great for entertaining with a heated pool, outdoor grill, washer and dryer, two bicycles, internet hook-up. In the living room there is a 55' wide screen TV with surround sound and the stereo has outdoor speakers for the pool area. In the master there is a 32' LCD. The home is very comfortable with plenty of deck furniture. In the back yard there is a 70 ft pier and fishing poles are available. There are no fixed bridges to the ocean and it is about 4 miles to Haulover cut, where you would access the ocean. There is a 2 car garage and a 42 foot sport cruiser available for charter and there is space for a 30 ft boat if you want to bring your own. Move right in. Fully stocked with all amenities--just bring your personal items.
