Hervorragend gelegene und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt. Wurden von einem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Hausmeister begruesst.
Wohnung ist sehr sauber und war mit zwei Schlafzimmern bestens fuer unsere Familie geeignet. Geschaefte des taeglichen Bedarfs gut zu Fuss zu erreichen.
We were delighted with the flat, in particular the washing machine was brilliant - saves taking a lot of luggage, especially when each case costs an additional charge!
We would highly recommend this flat to anybody looking for a central location in the city!

Wir sind bereits im Jahr 2008 und auch jetzt wieder 2009 eine Woche zur
Wiesn in der Wohnung gewesen. Einfach perfekt,ein sehr sehr freundlicher,hilfsbereiter Hausmeister, in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden
sauber,ordentlich und sehr gemütlich.Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir fahren seit 8 Jahren zur Wiesn und haben viele Wohnungen getestet und jetzt unseren Stammplatz gefunden.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir (38, 37, 4, 1) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sauber und geraümig und sehr schön eingerichtet (wenn auch der Esstisch und das Sofa etwas abfallen...). Die Lage ist überraschenderweise ruhig und trotzdem ideal zur U-Bahn und damit zu allen Attraktionen Münchens. Park (und Freibad) sind in der Nähe und auch der Olympiapark lässt sich zu Fuss erreichen. Ebenso sind Geschäfte wie REWE, Getränkemarkt und auch ein gutes Eiscafe (den Griechen gegebüber haben wir leider nicht ausprobiert) in der Nähe. Mit diesen Randbedingungen, zu denen auch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Wasserkocher etc.) zählt, lässt sich wunderbar ein Familienurlaub in der Stadt realisieren und genießen. Unsere Kinder genossen nach schönen Unternehmungen die Bewegungsfreiheit in der geräumigen Wohung. Die Hits des Kids waren der Tierpark Hellabrunn, SeaLife im Olympipark und Schloss Nymphenburg. Wir können die Ferienwohnung rundum empfehlen
