The living room features a 42” 1080 (p) high definition flat screen with a Yamaha 5.1 surround sound system and a BLU-RAY DVD player along with an assortment of blu-ray disc’s. The new Tropical furniture is arranged ideally for conversation, good times and the latest in HD – surround sound television viewing.
The very large executive Master Bedroom Suite features high-end furniture including a King-sized bed, with a new luxurious mattress, a dresser and mirror, and a chest of drawers so you will have plenty of room to store all of your vacation attire. The master bedroom also has a 32” HD Flat Screen Television mounted on the wall to watch your favorite nighttime shows. There is a walk-in closet and a roomy bathroom with separate shower and tub combination. This bedroom has sliding doors out to the balcony. The view of the main channel is Breathtaking!
The second and third bedrooms have Queen-sized beds, with new luxurious mattresses and 22” Flat Screen HD Televisions, so every room has the latest television technology. Both bedrooms have large closets. These bedrooms are near the second bath in the main hall, which features a shower/tub combination.
As an alternative to dining out, you can opt to utilize the fully equipped kitchen to prepare home cooked meals. Everything in the kitchen is new, from the glasses to the dinnerware! There is a new gas grill on the balcony/deck so you can cook while enjoying the great view. The open kitchen, allows you to overlook the breakfast bar and join in the activities in the dining and living areas. The beautiful view of the lake can also be seen by the chef!
The unit has a full size washer and dryer for your use. We also have two roll-away beds for use for the little ones in your group.
There are two pools on the property, with one right on the point, adjacent to our building! There is also a sandy beach to enjoy. If you have a boat, we have a 10’ by 30’ covered dock that would be available for your use - at no additional cost!
When you come to the lake to relax and have fun, you can do it all from our unit! The Ledges is in the heart of Osage Beach, the hub of most activities at the Lake of the Ozarks. You are just minutes from the 110 store Outlet Mall, which has a movie theater; championship golf courses; go-carts; Big Surf Water Park; miniature golf; discount super centers; grocery stores; and many restaurants. If you want a night on the town with live music several times a week, there are many spots nearby to enjoy.
