Welcome to our paradise get away. We know you will love your stay in this beautiful New Smyrna Beach condo. This lovely 1 bedroom condo has been completely remodeled to a high standard. A beautiful panoramic ocean view looks on to New Smyrna's NON driving beach. Your private balcony dinette seats four,so you can comfortably enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner while watching the dolphins. Comfortably furnished and accessorized, this unit has all new appliances (small and large), linens, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes and glassware. The master bedroom has a King Size sleep number bed so you can get a great nights sleep. There is a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a bonus bunk bed room. We have also added games, books DVD's, beach toys and beach chairs. Enjoy the many activities that come with being on 14 miles of sandy beach. Shopping within walking distance. Start the day watching the sunrise from your large balcony overlooking the inviting pools and Atlantic Ocean. Spend a restful night on the Sleep Number king sized bed in this 4th floor easy to access beach getaway. You can dine out directly across the street at the restaurants, or pick up some groceries right there also from the shopping plaza. Prepare some snacks or a full course meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The beach itself is great for walking or bike riding as cars have been 'banned from the sand' year round on this section of it due to sea turtle nesting. More shops and pubs can be found close by on historic Flagler Avenue.

If cancellation notice is received within the allocated time, the balance of your deposit will be refunded. If it is not received timely, the deposit will be forfeited.

Our condo is in walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The condo is oceanfront with two Olympic size pools, one is heated, 2 kids pools, shuffleboard, and a large club house. Sun and pool decks. New Smyrna Beach is the closest beach to Orlando. It's on the east coast and just a short drive to Orlando and all Central Florida attractions including Disneyworld, EPCOT, Seaworld, Kennedy Space Center, NASA and much more. It's only a half hour to Daytona International Speedway.
