This property features 4 fully furnished bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master suite and one bedroom upstairs walk on to the balcony with a view of the area. The upstairs have two bedrooms and a master suite. The master suite has a 42' Plasma TV to accommodate the bedroom. The property offers off street parking to accommodate 2 cars. The house is 5 years old. The yard is landscaped with outside patio to included all the extras such as BBQ Pitt and gas grill for outdoor cooking. The Living room is equipped with a 50' Plasma TV to include surround sound, DVD player, Radio and 6 CD changer. The living room has a built-in bar with wine cooler and stocked with alcohol selection. The downstairs floor plan is open to accommodate small parties. The property is fully secure with outside motion lighting and alarm system. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances to include stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and a separate washroom for your convenience.

The property is located two blocks from the parade route for Mardi Gras and 5 minutes from the New Orleans Superdome. Also, a newly constructed brick patio for outdoor BBQ or Grill fun. Perfectly set up for a party, including caterer

Craig was great to work with. Super nice guy that is all about southern hospitality. House is beautiful. We had a family college graduation party and the open kitchen and bar area were perfect. Craig recommended his neighbor Michelle to cater the event and not only is she a wonderful cook, she is a great lady. Highly recommend this house and I think between Craig and Michelle, there is nothing they can't help you with.

Beautiful house in a quiet area

Stayed here with several colleagues for a professional conference and some down time for the week. The house is very well-updated and clean inside, and even with 10 people, each of us was plenty comfortable with all the space. It's close to the garden district areas along Magazine St., and it's just 30-40 minutes walking from downtown and the french quarter. Also, what has to be the best draft beer selection on the Gulf Coast, the Avenue Pub, is only a 15-minute walk from the place north on St. Charles Ave. Craig was very responsive by email and leading up to and during our stay and addressed all questions and issues promptly. Zero problems. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great stay.

This home exceeded our expectations. My family loved staying in this home and will recommend it to all of our friends. The purpose for our visit was for a family reunion and we had an wonderful experience in New Orleans. The home was very well maintained and clean. The location is also great and we felt extremely safe. I was particularly thankful for the gorgeous art displayed in the house as well as the outstanding customer service from the owner. AWESOME PLACE TO STAY

This house worked wonderful for our group of nine. It was a friendly neighborhood, and close to the trolley. We loved the secured parking for our car and harleys. The air conditioning kept us cool and confortable. The community area of the house was spacious. Loved the conveniounce of the washer and dryer.

New Orleans Week

The location of the property was very good. There are some minor problems within the house that need to be fixed. There were light bulbs either missing or out in every room. In the kitchen, the toaster would trip the GFI plugs. When we arrived, the ice despenser was clogged with at least eight (8) inches of ice. With some work we were able to remove the clog and the dispenser was working.
The living room was good, however; the furniture was terrible. One recliner was broken and athe others were extremely difficult to get out of. Also, need a list of local TV channels as well as what the satilite coverage is.
The downstairs bedroom was not clean. The window sills had heavy coating of dust and the carpet looked as though it had not been vacuumed in quite some time. All of the furniture downstairs and up need dusting.
The downstairs bathroom shower knob was loose. The set screw was gone.
The supplies provided were plentiful. (toilet tissue, soaps, detergents, trash bags)
Over all out stay was good, but with a little tweaking this could be a VERY nice property.
