VILLA WITH POOL AND OCEAN VIEW NEAR BEACHES IN MARTINIQUE

My fiance and I stayed here with two friends last November and had a delightful experience.

We chose Marinique as it was an island not generally populated with too many American tourists and we wanted something a little unique. After researching our lodging options, we settled on this propertly and were not disappointed. The owner was easy to deal with throughout the process and gave us some great tips that ensured our trip was a success.

Joel, the property manager came to check on us and offer any assistance we might need. He was the perfect host and helped us arrange some activities while we are staying, as well as cooked us a couple of amazing meals. I speak very little French, and he some English, yet we managed just fine communicating.

The house itself has great amenities, including back up power during a short blackout that occured on the island during our stay. The fridge, some lights, and the wireless were all available while our neighbors were in the dark. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials, the master bedroom and bath were gorgeous, and the patio was great for lounging and spending time with our friends. Even with all of the amazing beaches nearby, having a pool to ourselves turned out to be such a nice amenity.

The location was really a short drive to a local villiage, but there are a couple of small markets w/in walking distance for groceries.

If we find ourslelves returing to the island, we would stay here again. If the owner or property manager were ever to find themselves in Seattle, we would happily play tour guide in thanks for helping make our trip to Martinique so memorable.
