House, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4-5)

Your quaint two-bedroom 'home away from home' is on a residential one-block street, just 250 feet off the serene, white sands of North Clearwater Beach. In a Florida-style residential neighborhood, the street ends at the sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk or stroll safely to the beach without crossing streets, yet walk a few blocks south to the mainstream of Clearwater Beach and you'll find more activities, restaurants, shops, and beach events when it suits you. In this house, you'll have the best of both worlds waiting outside your door!

The house is all on ground level, making it ideal for children, strollers, etc. The large enclosed and screened front porch makes the perfect landing pad for your beach gear, and is outfitted with folding chairs and other accessories. Stepping into the living room, you'll find hardwood floors with areas rugs, plenty of seating, and leading to a formal dining room with seating for six. Beyond the dining room is a full-sized kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and up-to-date appliances, dishes, accessories and ample cabinet space. It opens to an enclosed back yard where you can grill or relax in the shade. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, and a central bath with a tub and shower. Outdoor showers are next to the front and rear entrances. This beach house is fully equipped for your enjoyment and relaxation, just bring your personal items and make yourself at home. Off street parking for two cars is right outside.

There are so many things to do on Clearwater Beach, you name it, we've got it. Frequent volleyball and other tournaments and contests are held here, and many restaurants and bars feature live music by day and night. Our restaurants have an exceptional assortment of fresh seafood, as the docks are located nearby. There are several golf courses nearby.  For the family, the Clearwater Aquarium, miniature golf courses, street fests, activities on the Pier, and more are held on a regular basis. Splash Island Water Park is just down the coast on St. Petersburg's beach. Major attractions in Tampa are the Lowry Park Zoo, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, just to name a few. Within two hours you can get to everything in Orlando: Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Theme Parks and more.

Notes: The unit has a Wi-Fi network and is completely furnished. It has all updated kitchen cabinets, large and small appliances, cooking and serving gear and utensils. Linens and towels are provided, as well as washer/dryer and dishwasher. There are TVs with cable and DVD players in both bedrooms, as well as a large screen unit in the living room, a stereo with CD player, alarm clocks, etc. Everything is provided for you. A parking pad is right outside the front door for two vehicles, and all the beach chairs and gear you'll need are stowed on the front porch. A bistro set is also there for outdoor use. Wonderful house with great location just a few houses from the beach

My daughter and I rented the house for her spring break. We wanted to stay away from the crowds at PCB, and happened upon this gem.

The photos and description are accurate of the property.

It is a great location and easy to find. It is on a side road with just a few houses to the beach and within walking distance of the tourist shops, city playground and library, etc. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived.

The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots/pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes/pans, utensils, corkscrew and such. We were able to make our meals. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator. It's only a few miles away from grocery store.

The owner is great, and communicates very well. We had his email and phone number in case we needed to reach him.

There are plenty of places to eat out if you would prefer. Try Frenchy's Cafe, which gets lots of great reviews. There are also a few chains like Dunkin Donuts and Hooter's.

Living and each bedroom has a tv with DVD. There are a selection of dvds, books and games available for your pleasure. The screened porch was nice, and had a variety of beach toys and beach umbrella to use. There is a washer/dryer and gas grill just outside the kitchen door.

Really enjoyed our week and really didn't want to leave. We'll be back!

Perfect beach house!

We visited Florida for our sons 3rd birthday, and were super happy with the place. It had plenty of room for all of us, and having a full kitchen is very handy when you travel with kids.

It's just steps away from a beautiful part of Clearwater beach, close enough to the main strip and pier to walk - but just far enough for you to find a perfect spot on the sand to set out a picnic and build some sandcastles! The beach toys and chairs were an added bonus.

We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back there again this year.

Wonderful, cozy and close to the beach!

I took my three-year-old twin daughters to the beach for their birthday and couldn't be happier about the place we stayed in. It was so comfortable, had everything we needed and it was literally steps from the beach. The owner was just a phone call away if we ever needed anything but we never did! There are lots of things to do that are very close by (shopping, restaurants, bars, marinas, etc)... many just a short walk away. This place is perfect for a family (even ones with small children, like myself) or simply for adults only. The unit itself has all of the amenities that you can think of, and then some. Just bring your clothes, some food and the rest is pretty much taken care of! My daughters and I are already looking forward to our next vacation here! Thank you, Joe - for everything.

We just returned from our great time at Clearwater Beach. My husband and two teenage kids stayed at this lovely home. We had just come off a 7 day cruise and were looking for a place to unwind and still enjoy the beach. We were not disappointed. The house was just as described, very nice. We loved that we were able to use the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and coolers. There was also beach toys available for younger kids to use. There was also a shower faucet outside that we could use to rinse off. This place is so close to the beach you don't have to worry about parking and paying the high daily parking fees that the lots nearby charge. If you are looking for a beautiful beach and a great place to stay nearby with all the beach toys that you are unable to pack, this is the place for you! We will be sure to return!

Loved the place. It was clean, and had great amenities like beach toys, coolers, beach chairs, and the kitchen had many different kinds of dishes and utensils. We had our own gas grill which we used each night. We were located very close to the beach. We have been to Clearwater beach several times and this has been the best place and location. It is located in a quiet relaxing part of the beach, but close enough to walk downtown.
