Within our townhouse you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, and a granite kitchen with a center island equipped with all amenities that you may need to entertain with. The family, living and dining areas boast inviting, open and bright space to meet with your family and friends. There is even a screened in porch off the dining area to enjoy the fresh ocean air. Within the upper level you will find 3 spacious bedrooms all with hardwood floors. The master bedroom contains a handsome king size Pennsylvania House poster bed with a Simmons Beautyrest pillow top mattress. The other 2 bedrooms contain beautiful Kincaid queen size beds also with Simmons Beautyrest pillow top mattresses. The master bath has a double vanity sink, a large tiled walk in shower with relaxing massage jets, and sliding glass door

You may catch a trolley at any time at the end of the street to bring you to many of the shops Ogunquit has to offer.

Location : 7 - 10 minute walk to town or the beach. Ride the trolley which takes you throughout Ogunquit. Within 0.3 miles from your front step there is a variety of shops and restaurants. Enjoy Perkins Cove and a Ogunquit's renowned Marginal Way.

Beautiful Condo

My family stayed for a week in early June and absolutely loved the place. Unfortunately, we picked a terrible week due to bad weather. It rained every day. But we made the best of it and staying in such a nice place sure helped. The condo was furnished with beautiful, high-quality furniture and state-of-the-art appliances. All new - really impressive stuff. The owners were very attentive and responsive to any questions we had or if we needed anything. Also, we loved the location - just a short walk to downtown and the public beach - without all the traffic and congestion.

We would highly recommend these units. There are a lot of places in the area that are very old and "tired" looking on the inside (trust us, we know from experience). It was nice to get good value for our money for a change. Lots of good space and very reasonable in relation to other places in the area.

We signed up for both units next summer for another week. Looking forward to another great vacation (this time with nice weather).
