This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious spacious holiday villa is over 1,950 square feet – so there’s lots of room to relax in – Spoilt with a sparkling 30ft by 15ft heated pool (heating optional) with a fabulous Spa, wholly lends itself to the ideal setting for unwinding with a glass of wine after a long day at the parks. The spacious decking area around the pool is also surrounded by a fine fly screen, ideal for al-fresco dining, and top of the range patio furniture to relax on. The pool is south facing and has maximum exposure to the sun, an ideal place to relax and work on that tan, if you so choose.

Two of the bedrooms are master rooms en suite, one with an inviting king size bed, the other with an equally relaxing full sized queen bed. Both are furnished to the highest super executive standards, with clock/radio, 2 night-stands with lamps, full dresser/mirror and walk-in closet space, complimented with master bathrooms with his ‘n’ hers vanity unit, toilet and walk-in shower. A great stay

We spent a week at the Villa during November during our Disney World visit. It was very nice to be so close to the Disney theme park. It only took 10-15 mins to get to the park from the house.
Nice not to have to stay at a hotel. We could go to the local Publix and get the food we wanted, when we wanted it. Not having to worry about restaurant hours and seating. All the space is fantastic! Next time we come we will invite our friends along. No problem to fit two families in this house.

This is a very affordable alternative near Disney World. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Orlando area. We also drove to the Kennedy Space Center. Wasn't too far of a drive.

Thanks for making our Disney World tour comfortable.

Wonderful Stay - The Villa at Sandy Ridge

Our stay at the Villa was great. We traveled to Florida with two of our married children for a Disney World vacation. We so much enjoyed having all family members together versus the separate hotel room option. There was enough room in the house to spread out and have privacy when needed yet we were close enough to enjoy being together. The property was clean and well maintained. My daughters commented on how well the home was decorated. Moni, the property owner, could not have been any better. He called us before, during, and after the event to make sure everything was OK. We were only minutes away from the Disney Parks and area attractions. There is also a grocery store nearby. I can recommend this property without hesitation.

This was our first visit to Orlando with our children and what a holiday we had. As first timers in Orlando we were worried if we had chosen the best place to stay and the villa at sandy ridge was the best location you could ask for. Getting to the villa was easy from the airport and getting to the theme parks was just down the road. The villa is located in a very quite location but not too far from all you need to be near. The huge pool and spa was our favourite place to be, the kids were in the pool the minute we got home. The home was beautiful even better than the pictures on the web site, the video tour showed how good the house was. The free wifi and phone calls were great for keeping in touch with home and work. We would recommend the villa at sandy ridge to everyone the owner moni was great and made everything so easy for us.

Golfer’s Paradise.

Our stay at this villa was fantastic; we came to play golf and the location was perfect for doing this. We had golf courses on our door step and within a short drive of the home. The house was clean and better than the pictures show on the web site. The free phone calls to call home in England were a great feature. We had great service from Moni from start to finish and would recommend this home to anyone. Once again thank you and we’ll be back, Shyam

Dream House

The pictures did not do just this beautiful house. We enjoyed the house soo much that we plan on renting it again in the future.The house is well maintained,clean, and huge. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Shops and theme parks were really close. This is the perfect house and we all enjoyed it, even the kids.
