There is an enormous family room with a balcony and ocean view. The kitchen opens to a nook and to the livingroom which has a balcony and an ocean view. A perfect place to unwind and relax. Designer decorated, unbelievably comfortable, yet fashionable.It is spacious, warm, comfortable, and perfectly designed so your family and friends can enjoy gathering in one large room or breakup into groups--in the living room, dining room,family room, and some out on the huge decks overlooking Morro Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

Located in friendly, quiet Morro Bay. The area is halfway between SF and LA. Easy access to Highway 1 and the Big Sur Coast. San Luis Mountain, which has lovely hiking trails for the beginning and advanced hikers and mountain bikers is close by. Our neighborhood is very friendly. Cambria, Avila Beach and Pismo Beach are all within a 15 minute drive, or a day bike ride. t is in the Central Coast wine region with many wineries nearby. The famous Coastal Highway 1 going to Hearst Castle, Big Sur and Monterey begins in San Luis Obispo. It is a spectacular drive! Great, uncrowded surfing. Road and mountain biking mecca. Set above the cloisters in Morro Bay which has a beautiful boardwalk that takes you through the rolling dunes, a brand new playground and park for families and easy access to the coast. Wildlife and bird watching is a favorite here, and placards along the boardwalk point out local animals as well as flora and fauna.
Things to do::
1.If you are here on a Thursday night you must not miss the 7 block long Farmers Market (running over 17 years now) in SLO.
2.Museum of Natural History in Morro Bay State Park - take free docent led walks.
3. Montana de Oro - perhaps the most beautiful coastline in CA. Stop at the Spooner Ranch House for exhibits and see if there are docent led free walks. See native plant gardens. All free! Walk the bluff down to Corallina tide pools. Play in shale beach. Hike. There are hundreds of trails.
4. Wine tasting in Paso Robles - don't miss Tobin James, Bonny Doon, Clautiere, Penman Springs, Dunning, Grey Wolf and Zin Alley.
5.. Go kayaking for sure! Rent in marina in Morro Bay state park (below museum) and go out to see the birds up close and personal.
6.Golf? We have some of the most fabulous golf courses with views you just cannot get anywhere else. The course in Morro Bay state park is awesome.
7. Shopping is most fun in Cambria, and downtown SLO on Higuroa.
