Cozy cottage in quiet neighborhood with views of Nantucket Sound. 6/10 of a mile from Hardings Beach. Private neighborhood dock area perfect for launching canoes and kayaks for trips to the beach and Monomoy Island. Great neighborhood for families. Pets considered. Baby sitting available. Adjacent properties available some weeks, # 224720 and #233533. Great for extended family vacations or weddings! Call for information and photos.

Can be rented as 3 property compound!: This is a nice house in a a great family neighborhood. It can also be rented as a family compound with two adjoining properties, great for an extended family reunion or wedding week. One property is a cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath. Sleeps 8. The second is a four bedroom house, 2 1/2 baths, sleeps 8-10. Both additional properties have lovely water views. Please call for additional information on the other properties and information on renting all three.

Perfect getaway........location, location, location........immaculate and well maintained.........couldn't have asked for anything better.....this was my fourth or fifth time renting this cottage.......and have already booked for next summer.....

Lovely views from a charming home

This little house is very comfortably and beautifully redone. It has summer cottage charm in the decor, but all the modern fixtures and amenities you could possibly need. The kitchen and bathroom look brand new. There is a nice breeze over the hill, helped by ceiling fans, that keeps this cottage cooler even in the hottest weather. And when it gets warmer than you'd like, it's easy to walk to Hardings Beach down the road and jump in the water to cool off. The beach will tempt you no matter what the weather, as you can see the ocean while you are grilling or lounging on the patio! We loved staying here and highly recommend this house.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
