The perfect spot to enjoy your family vacation. Three bedrooms, one full bath plus an outdoor shower. Large yard and deck. Very close to the brand new bike path that connects to downtown Falmouth and Woods Hole. Three ferries within 7 miles for day tripping to Martha's Vineyard. Plenty of shopping and golf locations nearby. Property address is 27 Homer Ave. Falmouth/Megansett. This is a Sunday to Sunday rental.
