You will feel at home in this comfortable NEWLY RENOVATED three bedroom 3 Bdr/3 Bath villa. A new king bed in the master suite, two twin beds in the remaining 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom enjoys its own full bath. Enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the lagoon view. The beach is a short 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride.

The Turtle Point Golf Course is directly across the street, and offers a full sports bar as well as full restaurant. The East Beach Tennis Center is adjacent to the villa. The Center is nationally rated and provides hard and soft courts along with exhibitions and lessons. The Sanctuary Hotel/Resort is around the corner along with the East Beach Conference Center.

Kiawah Island is an exclusive gated private island community renowned for its natural beauty and wildlife. There is entertainment for the entire family, as well as offering business a relaxing venue to entertain, retreat and plan.
