Scottsdale Vacation Rental condo

Perfect location and a perfect size. Close to everything. My husband and I stayed for ten days in this unit. Unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked when we arrived. Driving minutes from everything, including Old Town (great for dining out, shopping and nightlife), Phoenix and all ball parks. The neighborhood is great for walkers as well. A day trip to Sedona is an easy and beautiful drive. Golf is also close by. The complex grounds are very well maintained and your walk to the pool is short but very enjoyable. The pool is kept clean and we never had a problem getting a lounge chair for the day. Only thing I would reccommend is that Carl provide a visitor parking pass for the unit as we were in Scottsdale on vacation to visit a friend and when she came over to visit there was no parking for her without a pass. Luckily the residents of the gated community are extremly friendly and helpful and a neightbor gave us a visitor pass for the time we were there so that our guest wouldn't get ticketed or towed (this is a minor negativity). The unit itself has a great walled patio for privacy, which also leads out to the parking spot, again, perfectly located. Carl had an abundance of towels as well as pillows stored in the unit, very well stocked. We would highly reccommend this unit to anyone. We will definatly rent this unit from Carl again!
