You'll love the convenience and comfort of our condo. We have furnished and maintained it like our second home. You are steps from 2 outdoor pools and jacuzzi, the Cabriolet that sweeps you to The Canyons Village, and shuttles to town. Summer here has everything for the outdoor enthusiast with gorgeous sun-filled days and cool nights. Carpeting and paint are fresh and new and a new dishwasher and stove were added this summer. There are mountain views from every window and convenient parking right in front. Each bedroom has a good, queen bed and there are twin beds in the loft. The Canyons Resort offers 8 mountains, 16 lifts and over 3,500 acres of varied terrain. It is the largest single ski and snowboard resort in Utah. The summit elevation is 9,990 feet with 146 runs.

    Hi Season .. $320/night (Dec. 19 - Jan 02, Sundance, President's Week)
    3 night minimum/5 night minimum during high season. Please, No smoking & No Pets
    Call for low summer rates/a $200 deposit will secure reservation
    Deposits are nonrefundable but can be used toward future bookings.
    Full payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Listing and photos exactly as described. Great location about 0.3 miles from Cabriolet and the Park City bus. Clubhouse right across the street with great outdoor pool and hot tub. Indoor hot tub and internet access also available. Location great for Canyons, Park City, or Deer Valley. Chose to drive to Deer Valley for 2 of 5 days. Easy rental process with owner with rapid and complete responses to inquiries.

This condo is perfect for a ski vacation, it was very comfortable for a family of four and could easily accommodate six. One could not ask for a better location since it is probably one of the best units in the Red Pines condo group. The condo is close to everything including the much sought after hot tub and sauna which is at the Club House across the street.

Our family of five had a great stay at this condo. All the comforts of home was available for us to use. The location was excellent and we would love to return again soon.

This is a lovely condo in a great location. It has all the comforts of home. We enjoyed skiing the Canyons and Park City. We would love to return.

We just loved our stay at the condo.
Warm amd comfortable, it was a great place to come back to after a day out on the slopes.It's a perfect location, wheather for skiing or the Sundance Festivsl - we'll definitely be back!
