The flat is located in the center of Rome, near the renowned Spanish Steps, the fashionable Via Veneto and the park and museum of Villa Borghese. On the same street and few meters away you have bus stops, metro stations and a taxi parking, so you can reach any other place in town in few minutes. We also offer a convenient airport transfer. In the elegant area visitors live together with residents and both benefit of the many attractions, shops, delicious restaurants for all budgets, wine shops and refined groceries where you can buy typical Italian food and wine if you want to have meals at home. The flat is ideal for a couple but conveniently accommodates up to four people and It is tastefully furnished and decorated with contemporary art works and vintage furniture. A library with guides of Rome and art books is at your disposal. The apartment was recently renovated and It is fully equipped also with Wi-Fi fast Internet access, air conditioning, DVD and other useful appliances.

The apartment is also very well connected with public transports and the area is full of good restaurants, pizzerias and exquisite food and wine shops for self catering. Upon request we can organize a convenient pick up service from and to the airports.

My wife and I had a very pleasant three-week stay in the Rome apartment on Via Piave. The dishwasher and washing machine worked well and the living-dining area provided plenty of space to spread out. It is simply, but attractively and functionally furnished, located in a quiet building, yet convenient to supermarkets, shops, stores and restaurants. The location is excellent, with bus stops in easy walking distance and the Statione Termini only a 12 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride. A great value compared with similar hotels in the area. Francesco, the owner, was very friendly and helpful all during our stay.

My wife and I had an extremely comfortable and
convenient stay at the apartment in November. We
were there for four days. The owner, Francesco,
was extremely helpful, providing maps and helpful
travel tips.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished, with a
kitchen, bedroom and living/dining area. The
location is excellent, on a quiet, safe street, yet a
short walk/bus ride to everything. There are quaint
markets and restaurants close to the apartment,
and we would get fresh fruits and vegetables every
morning, and make breakfast and sometimes
dinner. You cannot beat the location - not touristy,
not crowded, yet extremely close to everything!

Great place to stay, and I would highly recommend
it - much better than any hotel you can think of
staying in.

We enjoyed staying here in September. Great location, very secure,
easy to get the bus or Metro to almost anywhere in Rome. Bedroom opens onto
courtyard, making it very quiet for sleeping. Great shopping and dining nearby. Take advantage of Francesco's offer to have a car pick you up at the airport. Well worth it! Ted Sikorski and Barbara Stewart, NJ USA

We enjoyed 5 lovely days in Rome and staying at
Francesco's flat. The place was well appointed, a good
location near Villa Borghese (good for our young kids)
and very good restaurant and gelato
recommendations.

We had a nice stay in this apartment while we were in Rome. The owner was very helpful in mapping out the city for us and in helping us with the key to the front door - which is very secure, but a little awkward in opening. The apt is well located, clean and well provisioned. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay while visiting Rome.
