Amenities include microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, central air, cable TV, DVD, VCR, Internet, telephone, gas fireplace, charcoal grill and outside shower with hot and cold water. Master bedroom: king tempurpedic mattress, Bedroom 2: 2 singles/king, LR: single sleep sofa. Parking: 2 cars. Square footage approximately 1,020.
