The high-quality new apartment is (one of our 5 similar quality apartments in the same house) located in a new building in the center of Budapest 30 meter from an ambient walking street - full of coffee shops and restaurants - called Raday Street. This is the second most famoust street in the downtown (beside Váci street, which is also only 3 minutes walk). This isn't so posh, much more real -this street also known as a 'culture-street' because of the several cultural-musical event. In the new building your safety is guaranteed by a 24-hour security service. Apartment is equipped with new furniture and equipments. The 42 sq m apartment is suitable for 3+1 persons. There is TV with satellite channel in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped including cooking facilities (ceramic oven, refrigerators, microwave ovens, toasters, coffee machines, cutleries, plates). The apartment also is equipped with ironing facilities, washing machine, hair drier, ironing facility.

The other illustrious walking street (Vaci street) is only 5 minutes walk. New buildings are very rare in the center of Budapest, this is one of these. I can recommend the apartment to others.

I like that it has a perfect kitchen. It's a very nice place in a good location and is very close to the large famous market hall.
