Driving Directions From Denver International Airport Take Pena Blvd. to I-70 West – Approximately 10 miles. Take I-70 West – Approximately 82 miles to Exit 203 – The Frisco/Breckenridge Exit Travel through the Round-About and take Highway 9 South through Frisco towards Breckenridge – Approximately 10 Miles As you enter Breckenridge go right on HWY 9 South / North Park Avenue. Proceed on North Park Avenue. It will curve to the left and you will proceed through the intersection of North Park Avenue and Ski Hill Road. Proceed 1 block until you see Four O’Clock Road. Turn Right on Four O’Clock Road and proceed up the hill to King’s Crown Road. You will see the Snowflake Lift now and the Blue Sky Complex. Turn Left on King’s Crown Road and proceed to the first right, or Snowflake Drive. The entrance to the Lobby of Blue Sky is your first right off of Snowflake Drive.

  • Deposit Policy

    If a reservation is made greater than 30 days prior to arrival the initial deposit due is 50% of the total rent plus 8.85% reservation fee. If a reservation is made within 30 days of arrival total rent plus all applicable taxes and fees is due at time of reservation.


    Cancellation Policy

    If a reservation is canceled outside of 30 days, guest will forfeit 10% of total lodging rent plus 8.85% reservations fee. If reservation is canceled after final payment has been collected and/or within the 30 days of arrival, reservation is completely non-refundable and guest will forfeit 100% of monies paid. If reservation is cancelled within the non-refundable period and reservations is able to re-book the exact unit, guest will be refunded for the nights the unit is re-booked, less a 10% booking fee and 8.85% reservation fee.


    Balance Due

    Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival including all outstanding rent and associated taxes and fees.
