This direct Gulf-Front 1 bedroom condo is located on 300ft of sugar-white sand in Perdido Key, Fl. It has 820 sq ft, situated on the 8th floor. Outstanding panoramic views, from the balcony gulf-front doors and the floor to ceiling glass gulf-side windows. Along with the direct gulf front view, one can also see Perdido Bay and the Inter-Coastal Waterway. Enjoy watching the dolphins swim and the breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony and living room. The bedroom has a king size bed & full bath and there is a half bath in the hallway. The Living room is very spacious with a queen size sleeper sofa & over sized chair. Balcony has a table with 4 high back stools and regular out door chairs. The facility has been completely remodeled and has, three elevators, a large lobby and conference room with kitchen. There is beach service and I provide folding beach chairs. There is a fitness center with showers, gas grills, outdoor pool, indoor heated pool & hot tub. Unlimited phone service.

Virtual tour at link below: Wide Open Beaches. Perdido Key is a low density area. A lot of the Key is State property and protected from building. Take a quiet peaceful walk on the beach. You will not have to fight for a spot to put your blankets down. Beach Service is offered during peak times of the year. I have some folding beach chairs for your use in the condo. A small quaint shopping center, The Villagio, is located across the street from the facility.

Attractions:: A short distance away is an Air Museum. You can often find the Blue Angels practicing there in the morning. In this same area is a light house and a fort that looks over the beautiful bay. Great place for a picnic. Down town Pensacola has a historic district. Over the line into Alabama are also many attractions and shopping as well.

Golf: Close by is the very popular Lost Key Golf Course.
