Please take a moment to visit our website at http://www.orlandokissimmeerentals.com for additional information and more photos of the Villa. We have just made new additions to the furnishing in Oct 2009. As you can expect this 2400 sq ft home in the Windsor Hills reserve, the newest and upscale section of Windsor Hills has no wear or tear and in excellent condition. The higher elevation of the Reserve makes for a wonderful view of the surrounding community. The 2 ensuite master bedrooms have king sized beds, 32'' LCD TV/HDMI DVD, together with Digital cable with over 200 channels. The other 3 ensuite bedrooms are designed as one queen, and two single ensuite bedrooms. The villa can sleep 10. There is a home entertainment system in the living room with 46' LCD/ 5DVD Changer and surround sound system. You get the feeling of being in the Cinema. The home is fitted with a games room with pool, air hockey and fooseball tables, heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, WIFI Internet service with 7MB speed connection, Digital Cable with over 200 channels, central AC and heating. You think of it and we will do our best to provide it.

The home is two-story home with five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a two car garage. Located on the left of the entrance of the home are the kitchen, with nook, and the dining room. The dining room leads into the living room. On the left side of the living room is the first bed/bath room combination. To the right of the living room is the second and third bed/bathroom combination. Located in the back of living room is a tri-fold sliding glass door that opens up to the covered lanai.

Two of the bedrooms on the first floor have a walk-in closets. On the second floor of the home are the fourth and fifth bed/bathroom combinations. This home also features a laundry area and additional storage in the garage.

My family and I had a great week at the villa, very clean and enough room for everybody, we are 8 and still a plenty of room for extra. Disney and all other attraction are near by. I recommend this house, indeed. And hope soon will come to the house again. Thanks Chris.

Our stay at Doxa Villa

The home was very comfortable and roomy. We were a group of ten that never felt cramped or crowded. The kids loved the game room. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The home is well cared for and the owner took a personal interest in our stay by calling to make sure all was okay.

We highly recommend the property and will stay there again. Our overall expirience of the home was excellent!

Doxa Villa a home away from home

We had a fantastic time at your villa. The facilities were outstanding and accommodated our party of 9 comfortably.

Although we didnt use the facilites at the Windsor Hills resort, we found it to be very clean and enjoyed the safety of a gated community. The children and ourselves loved the use of the pool and hot tub at the end of a tiring day and although the weather was hot the pool heat on offer was worth having.

The accommodation was all very new and modern and we found it had everything we needed and more. The contact from the owner was very friendly and approchable, although we found everything to be in order it was nice knowing we could call if any problems occured.

Wish we were there now!

Thanks for making our stay pleasurable.
