Easy access to I-80, I-215 and I-15 the best location. One home but multiple families can stay with privacy. Two levels with kitchen upstairs and downstairs. Bathroom upstairs and downstairs. 8 Person Spa, Finest linens, glassware, plate ware and utensils provided. Three 52' Samsung HD Flat Screen TV's with Direct TV, DVD/Sony PlayStation 3 Blue Ray player. In this location you are 15 minutes from everywhere you want to be in Utah. Garage, central heating and air. Downstairs sleeps 4 and upstairs sleeps 6. Laundry downstairs. Everything in this house is BRAND NEW. Very comfortable, best part of town and the ultimate location.

Nearest Airport : Salt Lake City at 12 Miles
Nearest Motorway : I-80 and I-215 at 1 Miles
Car: recommended

On one side of the mountains is Deer Valley, Park City and Canyons ski resorts. On the other side of the mountains is Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude. At this home location you are staying at the base between both mountains making it easy access to all seven resorts in less than 20 minutes. You have downtown city life within 10 minutes of the home and less than 15 minutes to the airport. Ski Resorts are like Las Vegas, they get you in and you are stuck and pay high prices. Not all resorts are the same, if you're a skier you need to visit all and stay at a place where it's easy to visit all 7 resorts within minutes. Buy tickets in advance at local sporting goods in Salt Lake City and save $10-$15 a lift ticket.

Great House

Stayed at this beautiful house over New Years 2011-2012. Great place! Cozy place, nice and warm. Great hot tub! Location is great as well, many places around to eat, and have fun at. Not going to be sorry if you stay here!!!

Nice Finishing Touches--Good Beds

Great place. It easily accomodated two families and a grandpa. The beds are all of high quality. Having the two living areas worked well, as the kids played downstairs and the adults had their own space. The three flat screen TVs were huge and had great picture quality. It was on a quiet street with an easy walk to Sugar House Park.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: I am glad it worked well for you. The things you liked best are exactly the reason why I think this is the best place to stay in Salt Lake City. I am an avid skier and I like these perks when I stay and ski at my house too.

Great Place!

We cannot say enough about this home. It was perfect for our needs, an easy commute to everywhere in the valley, and very comfortable. We had a great experience with the home and the owner. Our family highly recommends this property to anyone who is visiting Salt Lake City.

Family Holiday

I wanted to get my immediate family together (all 16 of them) and I wanted to cook a Christmas dinner and eat as a family. This place worked out perfect, plenty of seating, bedding and cookware. Having two kitchens really came in handy.
