Building 'L' sits 3RD level of all (2ND HIGHEST) and is at an elevation which is above the roof tops of the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons resort hotels. You will be able to enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean which only a few buildings in Ho'olei can offer

it is one of the prettiest community in wailea and is one of the biggest model in ho'olei and we have one of the best views in whole development.We are 3 to 5 mts walk (2mts ride ) from grand wailea or four seasons.
SAT purchased this townhome in 2008
ocean views, sunset watch, and once a while you can see dolphins from lanai. in side covered area is 3100 sqft and lanai in grand room and masterbedroom are another 600+ sq ft.
Thanks for letting us stay at your place in Wailea. We had a great time and had plenty of room. You're place was beautiful and had great views and in a great location. It was everything we wanted.
