Fishing and Fun on the Lagoon in Gulf Shores:
Little Lagoon at Gulf Shores is perfect for all types of water sports, such as fishing, swimming, jet-skiing, canoeing, sailing on a boat or catamaran, wind-surfing, kayaking, or just boat-riding around taking in the fresh sea air and enjoying the coastal scenery. Catch the sun's rays laying out on your float. And, there's NO UNDERTOW!
If your passion is fishing, you can catch crabs, redfish, flounder,white trout, speckled trout, Spanish mackerel, and mullet. Across from the house, on the other side of the lagoon, is what we call the Pass, where the Lagoon flows into the Gulf of Mexico. This is a favorite local fishing spot, where record-breaking fish have been caught! Put out a crab trap right by the pier, or cast out with your pole, and catch your dinner! You can launch your boat at the beautiful new public boat launch shortly before you get to the house and dock right at the pier in front of 'Forever Yours' gulf house.

Beautiful, professionally designed golf courses are as close as 2 miles, such as The Peninsula and Craft Farms. 'Shop til you Drop' at the Tanger Outlet Center in Foley, just minutes away.Try out Waterville USA water park. Fort Morgan, just miles down the road, is an historic landmark to explore. Nature enthusiasts will love the nature trails found a few miles away on Fort Morgan Road. This is a favorite spot of bird lovers. Ride the ferry on Fort Morgan to Dauphin Island and visit the Dauphin Island Bird Sanctuary and Fort Gaines. A wonderful bike trail runs through Gulf Shores for walkers and bikers. For exciting adventure, try parasailing! Go on a Dolphin cruise. Within minutes is The Wharf, with lots of shopping, great restaurants, a movie theater,and famous entertainers in concert. The Track Recreation Center has go-karts, bumper boats. Play putt-putt at Pirates Island . Bass Pro Shop, USS Alabama Battleship Park, and The Exploreum and IMAX Theatre are about an hour's drive.
