You'll love the charming decor in this new cozy real log cabin located in the beautiful mountains of Blairsville, Georgia. This cabin is nestled in a quiet wooded lot with seasonal views and paved road access. The main floor features a great room with a fully stocked kitchen, a separate dining area, and living room with leather furniture and rocked gas log fireplace with TV and DVD. The bedroom on the main level has a full log bed and full private bath. Just outside you will find a large covered porch with picnic table and charcoal grill. The upper level features the master bedroom with a queen size log bed, and a private covered balcony with table and chairs to take in nature at it's most peaceful. It also includes a full bath with separate shower and jetted tub. The lower level features a ping pong table and also has a hot tub on the patio outside. When you need to get away for rest and relaxation, Among the Pines is your destination. 'The closest thing to Heaven.

Our Cabin is nestled between Blue Ridge and Blairsville Georgia. There are countless things to do and see in the several towns near by including Blairsville, Blue Ridge, Hiawassee, Ellijay, McCaysville, and Copperhill Tennessee. Enjoy boating and water skiing on Lake Blue Ridge, Lake Nottley, or Lake Chatuge, all of which are only a few minutes drive away. There is also white water rafting on the Ocoee River. If you love to golf, there are four major golf courses nearby to choose from, as well as antique shopping, horseback riding, picnicking, and sight seeing. Ride a scenic railway, enjoy a day at one of several day spas in the area, or check out a movie at one the several cinemas or one of the only drive in theatres remaining in Georgia. There are many restaurants to choose from as well.

Very nice and quiet. Owners were GREAT to deal with. We are looking forward to returning to this cabin. I really liked the location. Easy access and still off the beaten path. You will love it!!

A beautiful place, and a wonderful host!

We stayed at this location during leaf-peeping season and absolutely enjoyed our time. It was great to get away from the noise and just take some much-needed downtime.

The cabin was very cozy. What made the experience even more pleasurable was knowing that Karla was only a phone call away if we needed any assistance.

Great place despite rain

We had a very rainy week at the cabin, but enjoyed our time there nonetheless. There were plenty of ways to unwind and the (mostly) covered wrap-around porch provided lots of outdoor time for our little pooches despite the rain. A few days before we had been inundated with gnats in southern Georgia, but were pleasantly surprised with the lack of annoying insects while staying in our cabin.
The cabin is on a very quiet road, allowing for us to feel comfortable with our dogs off-leash while taking them out for potty-breaks. While there is not grassy area directly around the cabin, there was sufficient grassy area along the road.
We were very pleased we chose this cabin for our vacation. With the rain putting a dent in our outdoor plans, we enjoyed the roomy cabin with its various amenities. We would definitely recommend this cabin to others looking for some quiet time and options for outdoor adventures!
