This is a deluxe, updated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in the Boca Grande Club, located directly on the beach. Amenities of the Club include pools, tennis, fitness center, restaurants, beach chairs and umbrellas, water sports, bicycle rentals, library (with free WiFi) and housekeeping. View is unobstructed ocean view and beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the screened porch, which is steps from the beach. Condominium boasts updated kitchen, king sized bed in master bedroom (where you can enjoy ocean breezes and views), 2 double beds in 2nd bedroom, en-suite bathrooms, screened porch, laundry, internet access and air-conditioning. Gasparilla Island is a quiet island off the west coast of Florida. The island boasts beautiful beaches, which are ideal for swimming, sailing, shelling and long walks. Other island activities include fishing, dining, bicycle riding and boating. The town of Boca Grande has several restaurants, a small grocery store, a post offiice, ice cream shops, a bakery, an ATM machine, a library and a community playground. Off the island, within a 30 minute drive, one can find movie theaters, shopping, several Publix supermarkets, golf courses and restaurants. Gasparilla Island is known for its quiet, safe, relaxed atmosphere and is an ideal vacation spot for families with children as well as for couples looking for a peaceful getaway.

Wonderful!

We had a truly enjoyable time in this unit. It is an end unit on the main level. Just steps to the beautiful beach. Very well maintained. Our family would love to make this our destination every year! For us, it is our "Heaven" on Earth.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
