This beautiful beachfront property is located by the fishing village of Puerto Morelos. It is part of a new small project called Casa Tykel. The property is very comfortable with air conditioning, satellite TV, internet, and we're situated on one of the quietest, yet most exquisite beaches of the world. From the balcony of the second floor condo, you can see the brilliant blue water breaking over the reef and then as it descends toward you it settles to a majestic turquoise perfect for cavorting on the beach in front of the condo. A 20 minute walk on the flat white beach will have you in the beachfront village, enjoying ice cream or maybe dinner out. Taxis are available for about $1.50(American) into the village if you prefer. Situated about 20 min south of the Airport means a half hour in each direction can have you in the bustling city of Cancun or travel the other direction, and enjoy the shopping and cuisine in Playa Del Carmen. Come enjoy the beach!

Casa Kigi is located in the northern part of Puerto Morelos. Along the coast line is a magnificent reef with amazing snorkeling and diving. A block west of the property is a undeveloped mangrove that is protected by the Mexican government. Immediatly south is UNAM, a university of marine biology. The location ensures for a peaceful environment, yet a 25 minute drive can have you in the bustling cities of Cancun or Playa Del Carmen. A 20 minute walk on the wite sand beach can have you in the town center for ice cream, dinning, and groceries.
