The estate has been restored in original Marchigian style and is situated on a hill with a fantastic view of the sea. Three houses, an old Church, the pool and the 6,000 m² park-like garden help to make this a refuge of peace and quiet. There are five apartments to choose from, suitable for a maximum of 20 people. During the restoration we tried to avoid 'classical' hotel standards. Each apartment has its own charm by its individual and charming interior. All holiday homes have a cosy kitchen/dining area, a spacious bathroom, central heating and satellite TV. Our residents can dispose of the swimming pool, the barbecue, the bar, numerous quiet resting places and a sand place for games like boccia, badminton, volleyball. Borgo Vecchio is situated in a region of a cultural, culinary and scenic variety and the distance to the different beaches is only a few kilometres.

This charming apartment (about 72 m²) disposes of a spacious living room with original antique furniture, a pretty bedroom with double bed, a separated second sleeping area with two single beds (one extra bed possible), a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, double washbasins and bidet, TV (sat) and a sunny terrace. Apartment Mar e Monte is located on the second floor and offers on one side an indescribable view over the hills to the Adriatic Sea. You can relish your breakfast in the refreshing morning shadow on your terrace and enjoy the impressing sunset behind the mountain range of the Apennines in the evening.

San Costanzo is only about 3 km away. The contemplative little town with its imposing Malatesta fortress is located between the old Roman town Fano and the famous sea resort Senigallia along the Adriatic Sea. San Costanzo offers all shopping facilities, bars, cafés, restaurants and pizzerias, a post office, a pharmacy, doctors and not at least interesting historic buildings. You still can find here originality and typical Italian flair. To the railway station of Fano it takes you only 15 minutes by car and Ancona Airport is only 45 km away. You can choose as well from the airports Forli, Rimini or Bologna which you reach in 1 - 1,5 hours and meanwhile there are a lot of inexpensive flights to come over here to Le Marche by aeroplane. A change of beach life you will find in all the well restored villages and towns nearby with their markets, festivals and concerts. The local restaurants offer fresh and homemade pastas and delicious meat and seafood specialities.

Location:: San Costanzo with its good shopping is just 3 km away. The romantic village with its imposing Malatesta Fortress is situated between 'Fano', a lovely old Roman town and 'Senigallia', one of the most famous old seaside resorts along the Adria. San Costanzo offers nearly all shopping possibilities, bars, restaurants, banks, a post-office and service stations.

Italian cooking:: Our italian cook is cooking for you 1-2 times a week a typical Marchigian dinner; Sometimes we prepare for our guests pizza in our pizza oven. The dinner is served at the pool or in the church.

Courses:: Cooking, Pottery and Italian Language on Borgo Vecchio only during the Low Season (before 1st of June or after 15th of September). Italian Language Courses : Dante Alighieri School Mondavio (15 minutes by car)- the whole year.

Golf: The next Golf Club: 'Conero Sirolo' near Ancona; 18 + 9 holes, Greenfee: 35 -40 €.

Other Activities: boccia, badminton, volleyball

Unser diesjähriger Urlaub führte uns zu Ulla und Harry in die Marken.Der Empfang war sehr herzlich.Wir und unsere Kinder (13,18 Jahre) fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die Ferienwohnung war mit viel Liebe im italienischen Stil eingerichtet. An Harrys Bar traf man sich jeden Abend in gemütlicher Runde mit anderen Feriengästen. Auch einige Grillabende konnten wir auf Borgo Vecchio erleben. Ulla und Harry gaben uns oft Tipps zu den verschiedensten Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung. Gern verbrachten wir auch mal ein paar Stunden am Pool und in dem wunderschön angelegten Garten. Für uns war es ein wirklich toller Urlaub,den wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden.Vielen Dank für alles!

Alle im Prospekt aufgeführten Angaben über Lage, Ausstattung, Unterkunft und Betreuung sind voll erfüllt worden. Wir waren begeistert von der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und der gesammten Anlage. Unsere Vermieter Ulla und Harry waren stets für uns da. An der herrlichen Poolbar haben wir mit ihnen und anderen netten Gästen viele schöne und lustige Stunden verbracht. Wir haben Borgo Veccio nach dieser schönen Zeit nur schweren Herzens verlassen. Borgo Veccio ein Platz für Alle, die Erholung und Ruhe suchen, aber auch für kulturell interressierte Gäste. Ulla und Harry haben immer einen guten Tipp parat, egal ob es um gute Restaurants oder schöne Ausflugsziele geht. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit auf Borgo Veccio und hoffen, daß wir uns dort einmal wiedersehen.

Superschöner Urlaub, Erholung pur!!:-)))

Nach langer Suche im Internet habe ich Borgo Vecchio durch Zufall gefunden. Vorab waren wir sehr unsicher, da wir im Süden auch schon recht schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben- aber dieser Urlaub war mit der Schönste, den wir je hatten.
Unterkunft super, sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und vor allen Dingen sauber!!
Das Anwesen liegt etwas abseits vom großen Strandrummel in herrlicher Landschaft und bietet erstklassige Erholung, Natur pur, Ruhe, einfach schööööööön!
Ulla und Harry, aber vor allem ihr Enkel Leon haben uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub beschert. Nach wenigen Minuten hatte Leon unsere Tochter Serena "adoptiert" und sie hat sich trotz ihrer schon 15 J. königlich amüsiert- Wasserballturniere, Volleyball und Dart- alles wurde geboten.
Wir kommen sicher bald wieder!!!

Große und gut angelegte Ferienanlage, sehr gepflegt in
mediterranem Pflanzenbewuchs mit individuellen Ruhe-
plätzen (Hängematte, Liegestühle,...) sowie Möglichkeiten
für die sportliche Betätigung. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der gepflegte großzügige Pool mit Nachtbeleuchtung.
Zum Aufenthalt lädt außerdem die Bar mit Sitzgelgenheiten nach dem Schwimmen ein. Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls mit südlichem Flair geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Ein großzügiges Bad rundet den gesamten Wohnbereich positiv ab. Ein besonderes Highlight stellt die angrenzende gut sanierte und zur Küche umgebaute Kapelle dar, mit der Möglichkeit eine größere Anzahl von Personen zu bewirten. Eine familiäre Atmosphäre ist durch die sehr netten Inhaber "Ulla und Harry" garantiert und gestaltet den gesamten Aufenthalt insgesamt positiv.

Ein toller Urlaub

Eine großzügige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit genügend Platz für eine Familie mit Kindern in sehr schöner, ruhiger Lage, aber mit harten Betten. Die Angaben des Inserats treffen voll zu. Sowohl unsere Jungs (8 und 10 Jahre) als auch wir fühlten uns so wohl, dass wir viele Tage dort verbrachten ohne wegfahren zu wollen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen und empfehlen es allen, die dort einen PKW zur Verfügung haben.
Owner's Response: Unsere Betten sind mit orthopädischen Matratzen ausgestattet. Wer sehr weiche Matratzen gewöhnt ist, empfindet diese natürlich als hart.
